Let’s be factual, morality is subjective to time, culture, religion and political affiliation. All these determine what the terminology ‘bad’ necessarily imply in accordance to its subjectivity. When a word or deed done by someone or a group of people that isn’t in line with your ‘standards’, rather than be quick to point fingers or tag a person group or society with a label of inordinate difference, check out the reasons for the actions or words and see it through an evolved perspective. What was socio-culturally moral or immoral a few decades ago is different in this era. The word good and bad are just words until a deed is done. Actions speak louder than words.
Well, sometimes a person may say that doing a ‘bad’ thing depends on the weight of the bad thing being done or else everyone has done bad things rights? Some bad things are excusable right? Making decisions on a flexible scale of ethics, weighing outcomes and chances of getting caught.
But you see a few have been physically or verbally crucified for deeds done even though it was ‘good’ enough for a just cause or as good intents. 
Being ‘bad’ could oftentimes be used as a flirty form of making someone feel nasty but in actual sense, being bad is a quality society seems to be hypocritical about if you look into it deeply.
Some say that the circumstance of doing bad things could be as a result of condition. But is doing “bad” for greater ‘good’ suitable for a just cause so that a majority would see such as the ‘best possible solution’?
How do you justify doing something ‘bad’ which is perceived as ‘good’ for a greater cause? We are all humans and deeply flawed. In as much there are reasons for justifications, still someone out there or some people will never see it that way because the lenses through which people see things are socially, politically, culturally, mentally and environmentally flawed.
