A 42-year-old man from Kirkcaldy, Gavin Morrison, has been arrested and charged for 20 indecent exposure incidents that took place in various locations across Kirkcaldy in Fife. The charges against him include eight counts of public indecency and one charge of sexual exposure to a child.
According to Police Scotland, the alleged offences date back to 2015 and were made under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009. Morrison was produced before Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court where he made no plea to the charges and was released on bail.
Morrison’s next court appearance is yet to be confirmed. The authorities are taking the matter seriously, and this incident should serve as a warning to those who think they can commit such acts with impunity.
